A combination of hands-on techniques used during a therapeutic bodywork session to address muscle tension, restricted movement, and physical discomfort. These techniques are applied intentionally and adapted in real time based on how your body responds throughout the session.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged the full service price.
