Service Description
A 90-minute session that allows more time to address multiple areas of tension, movement restrictions, and physical stress in a more complete way. This option is ideal for those who want more thorough work, less rushing, and a session shaped around what their body needs that day. Supportive methods such as assisted stretching, percussion therapy, cupping, kinesiology taping, trigger point work, or Normatec compression boots may be used when appropriate at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged the full service price.
